Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Many orders leave the studio sooner, but custom work or special requests may require additional production time before shipment.

2. Shipping Method

Every shipment includes tracking and insurance. Once your order is shipped, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery

Carrier delivery estimates are outside Essebes' direct control. Weather events, carrier backlogs, and other transit delays may affect delivery timing.

4. Packaging

Artwork is carefully packaged for transit. One-of-a-kind pieces are protected with appropriate materials to help ensure safe delivery.
