By accessing and using Essebes.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Products

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from photographs. We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods supported by Stripe.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States and select international locations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you have any issues with your order.

6. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. We will provide progress photos throughout the creation process. Final approval is required before shipping.

7. Artwork, Images & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, photographs, images, designs, text and other creative content displayed on Essebes.com are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Essebes.

Images of Essebes artwork may not be reproduced, copied, printed, downloaded for commercial use, distributed, altered, used to create derivative works, offered for sale, or used to manufacture prints, merchandise or other products without prior written permission from Essebes.

Purchase or ownership of an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or commercial licensing rights unless those rights are expressly granted in writing. Personal sharing of links to Essebes.com or official Essebes social-media posts is welcome. Commercial reproduction or use of artwork or website imagery requires written permission.
